At Smiledeer our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we ensure that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. We charge a flat delivery fee of £5.99 for orders under £50.


You can track your order at any time online via our Order Status page. You will need to log into your account to track your order. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is usually included on all orders . Please choose the tracked shipping method when checking out.


Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Weekend orders are processed and shipped the following Monday and Tuesday, with expedited orders shipped on Monday.

No special circumstances, your order will be signed for within 15 days (Monday to Friday).


We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

Do I need to pay customs or import charges for my order?

Smiledeer covers all customs, duties and taxes for all customers. No additional fees will be surcharged after order placement.Price displayed at checkout is final.

After my order is placed, can I change my shipping address?

All credit cards will debit the purchase amount at the time of purchase to ensure the validity of the credit card. Cancellations will incur a fifteen percent (15%) credit card fee from your refund. An order is deemed to have been placed when you agree to purchase. If you cancel an order after it has shipped, you must follow the return policy information.

In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is “Out of Stock” will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.

Phone number is invalid/unavailable
