Return and Refund Policy

All items you are dissatisfied with for any reason can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in The original packaging with the original tags attached.

Return requirements

Any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect may not be eligible for a return.

In order to process and complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. When you pack and post your returned item, please include the return receipt.

Rejected packages

If you reject a package without Smiledeer's consent, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs that the shipping company may incur. This includes items returned due to incorrect address issues.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. Once your refund has been approved and processed, we will notify you via email. Once your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

Sale items / final sale items

Only regular or special priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
